He established a clear plan and managed to it, along with his crew, who have been fantastic to deal with. We have also appreciated their willingness and patience in explaining details and what to expect, as we were new to a process like this - an insurance assessment and ultimately claim. I had the honour to be lucky enough having Rainbow restoring my house after a major fire and total loss! What an absolute dream company to have doing all the work ! We had a clog that backed everything up. A rainbow team led by Kirk came in and ensured the drying, disinfecting and removal were done and coordinated trades to come in and assess damages. Now we will be on to the rebuild. So far everyone who has come through has been kind, courteous, professional and has followed covid safety measures.

I talked to Terry about a mould problem in our new to us home and he was more helpful than I ever could have asked for! He was very informative and answered all of my questions over the phone. The mould was more than I was comfortable handling and he and the Rainbow crew had it removed within days of my call. I cannot say enough about the low cost, high quality of work and professionalism from this business. Highly recommend!

I had some furnace ducting that contained asbestos removed from my basement. I am very happy with the service I received from Rainbow Restoration. The crew that performed the work were incredibly polite and there was no mess left behind! Terry was very easy to communicate with and he explained things very well. The follow up call was much appreciated too. I will be calling them again for any future work I need done. I would recommend this company because it's obvious they take pride in their work and in the treatment of their customers!

I have an ongoing water leak in my garage, as well as water damage from a separate incident inside my home. Rainbow has been handling both of the issues and they have been terrific! Everyone is very friendly and they have helped me along the way with any issues that have come up.
